You keep hearing that Reels are the next big thing and you need to be using them. But you are so overwhelmed at the thought of having to learn another type of content. How do these things work? How do you make them? They seem complicated. What should you even talk about? Do you really need to learn a new thing?

You don't need to, but there are quite a few reasons why you should want to!

Reels are getting the most reach out of any type of content right now. Meaning if you post Reels, more people will see them than your written posts or other types of videos!

Facebook and Instagram have said they will show Reels to people who aren't already following you! This is HUGE! If you struggle to build your network, this is an incredible opportunity to reach new people without any extra work!

These short form videos aren't going anywhere. They are on pretty much every platform now, so it's time to embrace change instead of resisting it

Attention spans are getting shorter. If you struggle to get people to read your longer posts or watch longer videos, your audience will like these short fun videos!

Getting out of your comfort zone and trying new things is crucial for success as an entrepreneur!

You might actually end up loving them! You never know until you try! There are so many different types of Reels you can make with no dancing required! You don't even have to show your face!

The Details
The challenge starts Monday, July 31st and will last for 5 days. It will take place inside a private Facebook group.
​
​
Each morning there will be a live video training (with replays available). Then you will be given a prompt for your reel for the day that you need to make and post for points. There will be a post in the group where you will check in when you have completed your reel and share a link so that other challengers can go engage with it. You will also earn points for engaging with other challengers Reels. One person will win a month inside my paid membership, The DINOmite Squad ($97 value!) You will also be able to ask any questions you have in the group!

This challenge is designed for beginners. We will not be doing a lot of complicated fancy editing. We will be starting slow with the goal of getting you comfortable using Reels! If you have never created a Reel in your life, this challenge will be perfect for you! If you are already using Reels, but want to push yourself to be more consistent and grow your engagement, this challenge will also be great for you!

If you did the first Reels Challenge back in January and are wondering if you should do this one or if it would be a waste:
​
The prompts will be different this time! The trainings will be similar, but since I do them live it's very possible the way I word something this time or just with you having more background knowledge that things will click that haven't before. If you have continued using Reels consistently and feel good about what you are doing, you probably don't need the challenge! If you are ready to learn a few new things or if you fell off the wagon and want a push to get back into doing Reels, you should join!
